Types of sessions offered

Private:

Private classes are the best choice for people who like to work at their own pace and level, find the presence of other people distracting, are pregnant, or have very specific goals or limitations.

Small groups:

Small group classes (up to 3 people) offer the benefits of Pilates, plus a social element, as well as reducing the cost. Committing to a group class will help to keep you honest about showing up even on bad days, and a healthy competition with your training partners will ensure that you always try your best.

Teacher Training:

Affordable teacher training courses on all Pilates apparatus periodically organized throughout the year, upon request. Certification through the PhysicalMind Institute, that has been certifying teachers since 1991.
